Who provides the service
CHECKIO.GE is operated by VDT 2009 LLC, a Georgian limited liability company, identification number 206342858. Address: 12 Krtsanisi Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact and complaints: contact@checkio.ge. CHECKIO.GE is the service brand; IMEI Service is a trading name.
What you buy
You buy the specific device-information check described before checkout, for the submitted IMEI, serial number or other supported identifier. Its description, supported input, price, currency and estimated response time are shown before purchase. Checks request available database information, not an inspection of the device. They do not unlock a device, remove a blacklist entry, prove ownership or guarantee physical condition, network compatibility or future status. Read the scope of your selected check.
Inputs, price and submission
Review the identifier, selected service and total price before submitting. Use only identifiers you are entitled to check and a payment method you are authorized to use. A purchased check retains its agreed price; later price changes apply to new orders. Correct input errors before submission. After a lookup has started, an identifier change may require a new check. This does not remove rights where our validation, description or service is defective.
Payment and prepaid credit
Small checks are paid from a CHECKIO.GE balance. Funding the balance purchases prepaid credit for this site's services; it is separate from purchasing or delivering an individual report. Credit is personal to your account, non-transferable, not interest-bearing and not available for ordinary cash withdrawal or payments to third parties. Refund rights for unused credit remain. If the funding currency differs from the wallet currency, the configured exchange rate at verified settlement determines the credit; the receipt records the actual credited amount. PayPal payments are commercial payments, never Friends and Family. We do not add a separate PayPal surcharge.
Processing and delivery
Processing starts after verified payment or a successful wallet debit and your express request to start immediately. A PayPal approval screen alone is not proof of a completed payment. The order page displays processing, completed, failed and refunded states separately. Each new paid check makes a new request for the selected service. An existing report can be opened or downloaded again without buying another check. This does not guarantee that the underlying database has changed since an earlier request. Its response is delivered through the protected order page and available report formats; API orders return through the authenticated API. Completed means the service request finished successfully; it does not guarantee a favorable status, a matching record or every possible field. A returned no-record or unavailable finding is displayed as such, without combining another service’s report. Available information and response times vary. Contact support if an order exceeds its displayed estimate or the delivered service differs from its description.
Immediate performance and withdrawal
For a consumer service normally subject to a 14-day withdrawal period, we ask separately for your express request to start before that period ends and your acknowledgement that the withdrawal right for that individual service ends only after full performance. Funding credit is not performance of a later device check and does not waive rights to unused credit. Missing or defective performance, a service substantially different from its description, unauthorized payments and mandatory consumer rights remain subject to review and applicable law.
API and bulk purchases
A bulk confirmation identifies the service, identifiers, quantity and agreed amount. Each submitted check is a separate service with its own outcome. Paid API and DHRU calls require the account owner to accept the current API terms in a signed-in session. The owner's API authorization applies to future paid submissions by that key within its permissions and balance; keep the key private and revoke it when no longer needed. A new policy version requires renewed owner acceptance. Read-only API keys do not authorize purchases.
Problems, refunds and payment disputes
Report a problem to contact@checkio.ge with the order or payment reference, the promised result and the issue. We review service failures, inaccurate or missing promised information, duplicate debits, unused credit and unauthorized-payment concerns under the Refund Policy. You may use PayPal, your bank or another lawful complaint process; we do not require a claim to be closed before issuing a refund. Knowingly false evidence and duplicate recovery for the same loss are prohibited. An adverse result such as a reported SIM lock is not by itself a failed service.
Proportionate account review
A verified payment reversal or unresolved linked payment dispute may pause new funding and paid purchases while its actual financial state is reviewed. We do not treat every resolved dispute as a seller win or invent a debit from a dispute status. Existing reports remain accessible, subject to normal authentication and lawful security restrictions. Contact support with the affected payment reference. Actual refunds and reversals are recorded separately from a review hold.
Applicable rights and policy versions
Georgian law applies subject to mandatory rights available to you. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts access to a competent authority or overrides PayPal or card-issuer rights. The accepted version and purchase scope are recorded with the transaction. New wording applies to new purchases after explicit acceptance; it does not rewrite a completed purchase. The current interface and these terms are provided in English. This language choice does not waive mandatory consumer rights.
