Information used to provide checks
We process account and contact details, submitted device identifiers, chosen services, orders, returned information and wallet records to supply the requested service and support it. A device identifier may be associated with your account or order. Do not submit another person's information without a lawful basis. Technical suppliers receive the identifier and information needed for the chosen lookup; they do not receive your PayPal secret or account password.
Payment and acceptance records
PayPal processes the payment. We receive transaction and capture references, amounts, currency, status, payer information supplied by PayPal, recipient details and the actual Seller Protection classification returned for the transaction. We do not receive your full card number or PayPal password. We record the version and language of accepted terms, the purchase scope, acceptance time, account or key identity, request IP address and browser user-agent. These records support the contract, security, accounting and payment review.
Report access and dispute evidence
When an authorized account, API key or protected guest link retrieves a report, we record the order, retrieval time, response format, content fingerprint and request identity. A retrieval record shows a server response, not that a person read it or that an email was delivered. Historical missing acceptance or access evidence is not invented. Administrators can export restricted evidence for an actual refund or dispute; wallet funds are pooled, so later purchases are not falsely attributed to a particular funding payment.
Who may receive information
Information may be processed by our hosting and technical suppliers and, where needed for payment, by PayPal. Relevant records may be disclosed to PayPal, a bank, an adviser or a competent authority when necessary to handle a genuine claim, comply with law or protect lawful rights. Staff access is limited by role. We do not sell account data or publish private supplier credentials. International processing may occur through these services, subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention and your rights
We retain records for service provision, applicable accounting and legal obligations, security and the time needed to resolve claims. A relevant open dispute may require longer retention of its records. We review retention and delete or limit data when it is no longer needed; this notice does not promise an arbitrary universal deletion date. You may request access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law by emailing contact@checkio.ge. Some records must remain for a legal obligation or an active claim; we explain applicable restrictions.
Cookies and account security
The site uses session and security mechanisms needed to sign in and protect account actions. Payment processing uses PayPal's own services and privacy rules. Keep your password, API keys and protected report links private. If you believe an account or key was compromised, contact us promptly and revoke the affected key.
