Verified payment before credit
CHECKIO verifies PayPal capture status, amount, currency, payment references and recipient on the server. A browser approval, screenshot or unverified notification does not authorize wallet credit. Signed notifications are checked before their financial effect is recorded. Repeated payment, refund and reversal events are reconciled to avoid crediting or reversing the same amount twice.
Manual commercial receipts
If a manual payment method is offered, staff must verify a completed commercial receipt in the recipient's business account, the transaction reference, exact amount, currency and recipient. A customer-uploaded screenshot alone is insufficient. Never send payment as Friends and Family for a CHECKIO service. Do not provide your PayPal password or secret to support.
Controlled purchases and evidence
Paid actions require the current terms and a separate request for immediate processing. API purchase authorization must be accepted by the account owner in a signed-in session. Financial records and acceptance/access audits are retained separately from public reports. Restricted staff evidence includes confirmed facts and explicitly identifies unavailable historical evidence; it does not expose supplier credentials or pretend a wallet deposit was delivery of a report.
Security reporting and limitations
If you suspect an unauthorized debit, compromised key, exposed report or other security issue, email contact@checkio.ge with the reference and relevant non-secret details. We use transport encryption, access controls, signed-payment verification and transaction safeguards, and investigate reported issues. No system or payment protection programme can guarantee that every attack or dispute will be prevented. PayPal decides its own transaction eligibility and dispute outcomes.
